We loved our stay at this traditional Japanese Ryokan. The hospitality and food were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hot spring onsen was relaxing and clean. The hotel's transportation was convenient.
Hard to think of anything.

The traditional ryokan atmosphere and Japanese breakfast at this inn are amazing experiences. the warmth of the fire pit and the grilled mackerel are excellent, and the reserved bath is a plus. the hospitality, onsen, and environment are also remarkable, and the staff ensures guests' comfort, as seen in the cooking and serving of various courses.
The heating in the room was inadequate, but it was during cold weather.

If you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience, look no further! The hospitality at this ryokan was outstanding – the staff attended to everything we needed and more, which made our stay feel very special. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a true highlight, cooked right in front of us in an Irori sunken fire – it was delicious! The onsen was also a treat, very relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby sightseeing spots. The location is great too, easy to find and just a short walk from the tourist bus stop.
While our stay was enjoyable overall, the heating in our room was not as expected and left us feeling quite chilly, especially during such cold weather. However, it wasn't enough to detract from the unique and memorable experience of staying in a traditional ryokan.
